EHS Integration™ ServicesSeminar – Breaking Through the Threshold Barrier EHS Framework Architecture Design Sustainment and Mastery Support
We start with an Initial Consultation as a starting point to begin the EHS Integration™ process. This is followed by our signature seminar, Breaking Through the Threshold Barrier. In this seminar, the EHS develops new capacities needed in the Integration Dimension. The next step is developing a new EHS Framework. Following the new Framework design, we assist with rolling out the new Framework and introducing the organization to the new EHS context that has been created by entering the Integration Dimension, we call this step Going Public. Through out this service-bundle, especially at the higher of the Seven Steps, we provide coaching to EHS personnel on an as needed basis. At the higher steps, sometimes organizations ask us to provide a Management Review-like service to assess integration progress. In these instances we use our EHS Integration Diagnostic Tool for this assessment. Initial ConsultationThe Initial Consultation service includes one to three days on-site meeting with personnel, reviewing documents, leading an introductory session on our EHS Integration™ approach, and performing an initial diagnosis of the EHS Function. We use our EHS Integration™ diagnostic tool to provide input on the maturity of programs and systems. We provide copies of key publications and models as well as a summary report with observations and recommendations. At the conclusion of this service clients:

EHS Framework Architecture DesignWith the work done in the Breakthrough Seminar, the EHS team will want to examine the existing EHS structures, mainly the policies and procedures. It is predicable that work will be needed to update these structures to be consistent with what has been generated in the seminar. We assist you in developing this new Framework. Some of the actions include:
New Architecture Roll OutThe new architecture roll out resembles traditional implementation steps, but has a different quality in the Integration Dimension. With the work done to this point, things like partnerships and accountability have a whole new occurring. There is a foundation in place for robust collaboration and the development of new innovations. We assist you in developing and executing your new architecture roll out plan. Some of the actions include: developing roll out support materials, “promotional materials”; select pilot site or group; seminars and training sessions; and conducting information sessions. Sustainment and Mastery SupportWith the new architecture in place, we support you with maintaining it using our EHS Integration diagnostic tool and a combination of structured meetings and les structured coaching. We assist with the development of case studies and write ups for publication if requested. The structured meetings/seminars and less structured coaching reinforce concepts from the Breaking Through the Threshold Barrier seminar as well as further skill development in resolving breakdowns.
